Return & Refund Policy

At Colour Heart, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are happy to assist you with a return or replacement.

Return Eligibility

Returns will be accepted only if:

• The product received is damaged.
• The product received is defective.
• An incorrect product was delivered.

Proof Requirement

To process a return request, customers must provide:

• A clear unboxing video showing the package being opened.
• Photos or videos clearly displaying the issue.

Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund approval.

Return Request Period

• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
• Requests made after 14 days may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect product selection by the customer
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery
• Products without sufficient proof of damage, defect, or wrong shipment

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
